What is high-speed mode in the camera?

High-speed mode records video at 240 frames per second, enabling you to clearly capture super-fast movements such as weightlifting or golf swings without blur for slow-motion playback.

What is privacy mode in media export?

Privacy mode automatically covers clients' faces in photos and videos with an emoji 😄. This feature is useful when clients give permission for their images to be used on social media, if their faces are obscured.

How does photo sharing with clients work?

You can link your client folder (available in paid plans) to your client's free Poslog account. Once connected, photos within the client folder will synchronize with the client's account in real-time. Clients cannot edit the shared photos. You can cancel the link at any time, and the shared photos will be deleted.

Can I use it offline?

You can take and import photos/videos and edit them. However, this data is not uploaded to the cloud when you are offline, meaning there is no backup or sharing with client accounts. We recommend using Poslog online to enjoy all its powerful features.

Can I use it on multiple devices?

Yes, there is no limitation on the number of devices. Just download Poslog and sign in with the same account. All data will be synchronized. This feature is especially useful when multiple staff members need to collaborate closely on an individual's exercise program.

Account Management

What are personal and professional accounts?

Personal accounts are free for clients to use. They can take photos/videos, edit them within a 500MB storage limit, and receive photos from professionals in real-time by linking accounts. Professional accounts are available through paid plans and allow professionals to manage client information such as photos and session notes by folder, and link them to a client's personal account.

How do I change my email address or password?

You can change your email address and password at any time in the Settings tab of the Poslog app. Additionally, you can link your Apple ID and sign in with Apple.

I'm having trouble accessing my account.

You can reset your password on the sign-in screen of the Poslog app. If you don't remember your email address, please contact us.

How do I delete my account and access my data?

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings tab in the Poslog app. Please note that if you are subscribed to a paid plan through the Apple App Store, you must manually cancel the subscription there due to their policy. If you would like a zipped file of your data, please contact us before deleting your account. Otherwise, all data will be permanently deleted.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you are subscribed to a paid plan through the Apple App Store, you must cancel the subscription there. If you subscribed through our website, please sign in to your account to manage your subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Refund requests are subject to Apple's discretion. If you are subscribed through our website, please contact us.

How do I use a promo code?

You can use a promo code when purchasing a paid plan on our website. You'll find a text box to enter your promo code on the page where you input your credit card information.
